“A contributive life of giving hope to those who are suffering is a source of growth, fulfillment, learning, creativity, and solidarity.” — Daisaku Ikeda, Soka Gakkai International

I provide therapy to adults and couples across Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, Colorado, and Utah. My work centers on supporting individuals navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, relationships, sexuality, and entrenched patterns of self-criticism. My therapeutic style is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. I value honesty and transparency while offering deep empathy, nonjudgmental presence, and a grounded sense of humor. Clients often describe feeling both deeply supported and meaningfully challenged in our work together.

I hold a MSW in Interpersonal Practice and Global Social Work from the University of Michigan, along with an MBA in Strategic Planning from the University of San Francisco. This interdisciplinary background allows me to integrate clinical depth with a broader systems and strategic perspective, helping clients navigate complex emotional, relational, and life challenges with greater clarity and intention.

My approach is evidence-based and highly individualized, with a strong emphasis on somatic therapy. I help clients develop awareness of the body’s wisdom, particularly in relation to trauma, attachment patterns, and anxiety. My work is informed by AF-EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Sex-Positive Therapy. I am deeply committed to affirming, inclusive care and work respectfully with clients from diverse racial, cultural, religious, gender, and sexual orientation identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.

In couples therapy, my work is grounded in Relational Life Therapy (RLT), supporting partners in strengthening emotional connection, improving communication, and addressing entrenched patterns that lead to distance, conflict, or disconnection. Together, my clients and I work towards a more authentic life.
