Starting therapy can feel like a vulnerable step, especially when painful experiences from the past continue to affect how you feel in the present. You may notice patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional reactions that are difficult to understand or change on your own. In our work together, I aim to create a supportive and compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and safe to explore what you have been carrying.
I believe healing happens when people have the opportunity to process difficult experiences in a supportive and attuned environment. My goal is to help you gently work through experiences that may feel “stuck,” so they no longer hold the same weight in your life. Through this process, many clients begin to experience greater clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with themselves.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified EMDR clinician specializing in working with individuals recovering from trauma, anxiety, grief and loss, and life transitions. I work with individuals and couples, helping people process difficult experiences and navigate changes that can feel overwhelming.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches in my practice, including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic interventions, and family systems therapy. My work is collaborative and strength-based, focusing on helping clients access their internal resources while addressing the challenges they are facing.
I offer in-person sessions in Cupertino, California, and Telehealth services for clients throughout California. If you believe I may be a good fit for you, please feel free to call or email to schedule a consultation.
