Rebecca Alexander is a psychodynamic psychotherapist with over two decades of experience working with individuals, couples, families, and groups. Based in Manhattan, she maintains a private practice where she combines a warm, attuned therapeutic relationship with evidence-based methods to support clients through life’s most complex emotional challenges. Certified in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) through the Parnell Institute, Rebecca specializes in trauma treatment, healing attachment wounds, and building emotional resilience. Her practice is inclusive and affirming, welcoming people of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities.

Rebecca’s therapeutic style is interactive, collaborative, and strengths-based.
