My clinical foundation was built in community mental health working with children and families, which evolved through group practice experience and eventually led to the founding of my private practice, Sai Psychotherapy Center.

My work is anchored in the understanding that many psychological struggles are deeply connected to early attachment and formative relationships. I believe that how we experience our early world shapes how we perceive ourselves and our current reality.

The name of my practice, "Sai" (사이), is a pure Korean word that signifies the space, distance, and sacred connection between people and their inner worlds. I focus on understanding my clients' challenges by examining these very connections—the relationship with oneself, with others, and with the world. Through Attachment-Focused EMDR and a relational approach, I aim to help clients repair these bonds, supporting them in cultivating harmony in their daily lives and emotional well-being.
