Dr. Parnell’s Tele-consultations are Getting Rave Reviews!
I am going to sign up for your future Podcasts. They are way more structured and helpful to me than the group consultations.
I really liked the suggestions about preparing oneself to create ample space for managing the range of affects presented by clients. In addition, all of Laurel’s suggestions were spot on and really increased my sense of competence in helping clients resolve the effects of complex PTSD through her creative and client-centered use of EMDR techniques.
The consultations have consistently affirmed by approaches and amplified my skills & understandings.
Very helpful if you have complex trauma clients and you need ideas for dissociative clients’ experiences with EMDR.
After listening to Dr. Parnell’s Tele-consultation on Abreaction and Dissociation, I feel so much more confident and able to safely, effectively, thoughtfully and respectfully work with my clients. The cases represented a broad spectrum of client/therapist challenges creating an aliveness and practicality to the teachings. Thank you so much!
