I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in mental health, advocacy, and education. My career spans over a decade and includes work within children and family services, anti-violence, racial justice, and human rights spaces. Through these experiences, and my own healing journey, I have come to understand the importance of safety, trust, and authenticity as a therapist. I prioritize creating a safe and affirming environment—one that values and elevates you and your lived experiences.
My approach is collaborative and integrative. I draw from a number of modalities, including relational, attachment-based, and insight-oriented, and I incorporate EMDR, mindfulness, and somatic work to strengthen mind-body connection. I have a particular expertise working with survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, intergenerational trauma, and attachment wounding.
