Feminist, polvagal-guided psychotherapist with twenty years of post-masters clinical experience supporting young people and adults through challenges related to traumatic experiences, sex/love/food/work addictions, and recovering an embodied and healthy relationship with the Self.
Integrating a wide variety of psychological theories and trauma-informed interventions (e.g., AF-EMDR) and other tools, Aly enjoys collaborating with clients and offering choices about approaches to take in working together.
Aly currently offers neuro-inclusive, online individual and group therapy, coaching, and consultation services for women and therapists working with women in addiction recovery.
She particularly enjoys working with other therapists/counselors, feminists, women in mid-life, “in recovery,” lesbian/bisexual, and/or those exploring ADHD/Autism in adulthood.
