Patricia was trained at Saybrook University as Humanistic, Client-Centered Therapist, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout her career, Patricia has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups in the treatment of trauma, eating disorders, addictions and other disorders including obsessive-compulsive disorders, anxiety, depression, somatic, personality and dissociative disorders using a blend of CBT, Mindfulness, DBT, Somatic, Exposure, CPT, EMDR and Creative therapies. Patricia has worked in a variety of settings including college campus’s, in-home therapy, non-profit sector, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive out patient treatment centers and private practice settings in California, New York and New Jersey and holds professional licenses in these three states, seeing clients bi-coastally. Patricia is also a Registered Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Usui Reiki Practitioner, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) Practitioner and an EMDR Practitioner and she integrates these skills into her work with clients, treating each client that comes to her uniquely with an individualized, holistic approach. Patricia is currently an intermediate level student in a Somatic Experiencing Training, projected to be certified as an SEP in 2025. Patricia is also involved in international work and has been a part of projects abroad including health and wellness initiatives with the United Nations. Currently, Patricia lives in New York City and works full time in her Private Practice (offices in NY and NJ and tele-health in CA) treating individuals, couples and families within a range of areas.
