My work is informed by the neuroscience of trauma, attachment and the nervous system, the work of Dr. Brene Brown and the power of mindfulness and compassion. I am warm and supportive but also firm and active. In addition to years as a therapist, I have extensive experience as a mindfulness practitioner and trainer. I offer quality, lasting treatment that incorporates somatic experiences, attachment adaptations, cognitive processes and skill development. Through our ongoing work, you will have the opportunity to know and utilize your existing strengths and resources, re-process and re-integrate trauma and develop skills and practices. I graduated from Harvard with a dual degree in psychology and government and from USC with a MSW. As a life-long learner, I have pursued extensive post-graduate education in mindfulness and somatic modalities. I welcome diverse populations into my practice and in order to make high quality accessible, a portion of my practice is low-fee.
