In recent years I have specialized my clinical practice in helping individuals heal from traumatic experiences and chronic stress, including symptoms of anxiety, panic attacks, depression and insomnia. I see many first responders and other health care providers and therapists for both occupation-related and personal concerns.
I have a passion for learning and integrating theoretical knowledge into practice. So I have pursued in-depth training in a variety of modalities: Somatic Experiencing, Flash, Reconsolidation Therapy and Cognitive-Processing Therapy for PTSD, Psilocybin-Assisted Psychotherapy and Psychedelic Integration, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and Focusing.
My approach prioritizes what is important and meaningful to each individual. I draw from this variety of therapeutic modalities in a client-centred and individualized way to help each person I meet to adapt, grow and thrive with life challenges.
