Terms, Conditions and Policies

Refund Policy

Digital Products: (videos and audios) no refunds are granted once you receive access to the product, unless the product malfunctions or technical incompatibilities prevent you from accessing it. To receive a full refund, report the malfunction or incompatibility within 30 days by contacting us using our contact form.

Live Trainings: Your registration fee for this program minus a $100 processing fee is refundable up to 60 days before the program begins. If you must cancel after that, no refunds are available, but you may send a qualified colleague in your place.

Parnell Institute Academy: The Parnell Institute Academy is a monthly subscription service. By registering for this service you agree to automatically pay monthly via an auto-bill service to your credit card. If you choose to cancel, please use our contact form to contact us within a week of your next bill date. Refunds will not be given if you fail to contact us a week prior to your bill date. Should you miss that deadline and submit a cancellation, you will not be billed thereafter. Note: if you cancel, any content in the Academy platform will no longer be accessible. You will be removed from the Academy immediately upon receipt of cancellation request.

Third Party Sellers: we are unable to grant refunds. Please contact the seller directly.

Nondiscrimination Policy

Grievance and Complaints Policy

Grievance: If you have a grievance, please submit it in writing to the Parnell Institute using our contact form. We will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 5 business days and let you know our timeframe for responding to it further. The maximum response time shall be 14 business days, but every effort will be made to respond as soon as possible.

Complaints about course content: If you find the course content problematic please notify us using our contact form. We will review your comments or complaints and determine what action may be needed.

Complaints about non-receipt of certificates: If you don’t get a completion certificate do not hesitate to reach out to us using our contact form and if you are eligible, we will send you one as soon as possible.

Complaints about miscellaneous occurrences: The Parnell Institute strives to provide excellent quality courses so we want to know if you have any suggestions for improvement.
