In order for us to approve your registration in the course, there are 2 steps you must complete:

  1. Please click here to review and electronically sign the Participant Consent form.
  2. Provide proof of your license, certification, or the equivalent, as a mental health professional per the guidelines of your state, province, or country. Please upload your licensure documentation by clicking here.

Refund policy:
Your registration fee for this program minus a $100 processing fee is refundable up to 60 days before the program begins. If you must cancel after that, no refunds are available, but you may send a qualified colleague in your place. This policy applies only to tuition.
