Tiarre brings a neuroscience based, integrative and holistic approach to her work with adults of all ages She draws upon AF-EMDR along with body oriented talk therapy to catalyze embodied presence, connection and aliveness while honoring the inherent wisdom each client brings to the process.

Certified in Traumatic Stress from the Trauma Center in Brookline, MA, her work is influenced by her extensive training background with cross-cultural anthropologist, Angeles Arrien, movement/theatre teacher and founder of 5Rhythms, Gabrielle Roth and as a Holistic Health Educator/Counselor. Tiarre believes change can happen at any age (neuroplasticity) and finds EMDR to be effective and nuanced in supporting post traumatic growth, bolstering resilience, regulating the nervous system as well as opening doors to imagination and resources for many other challenges.

With twenty years combined experience working with adolescents, groups, adults and as a trainer and clinical supervisor to interns, she currently maintains a private practice offering telehealth to adults in Marin County and the Bay Area.
