I am a betrayal trauma specialist with over 25 years of clinical experience working with midlife women recovering from intimate partner betrayal.

My work is grounded in the understanding that betrayal is first a nervous system event before it is a relationship decision. I focus on stabilizing the nervous system, restoring trust in the body, and helping women return to clear, grounded self-trust.

I am the developer of the Woodland Pathways Method, a five-stage trauma treatment framework that guides women through Stabilize, Clarify, Reclaim, Integrate, and Live Well. This model supports women in moving from shock and disorientation toward clarity, identity restoration, and empowered relational choice.

My clinical work integrates Attachment-Focused EMDR, parts work, and somatic approaches. I specialize in working with women who have experienced long-term deception, gaslighting, and relational trauma. Many of the women I work with feel disoriented, unable to trust themselves, and pressured to make decisions before their nervous system has stabilized.

In our work together, the focus is not on fixing the relationship first. The focus is on restoring the woman to herself.
