I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults, families, and children. I received my master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2004. I am a relational therapist, meaning I deeply value the healing aspects of the therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with clients to help reach their goals. Starting from a place of deep respect and connectedness, I utilize evidence based treatments to help clients re-engage with their best selves in the face of difficulty and change.
I am originally trained as a psychodynamic therapist. In addition to this framework, I have advanced training in a variety of modalities, including mindfulness, somatic focusing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and attachment focused EMDR trauma therapy (level III trained).
