Rathi is a compassionate clinical psychologist with a strong background in trauma and emotional healing. She is registered with the Singapore Register of Psychologists and a member of the Singapore Psychological Society. She has her Master's in Psychology (Clinical) from James Cook University. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families on a range of emotional and behavioural issues, including depression, anxiety, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

Over the years, Rathi has developed a profound passion for working with individuals who have experienced trauma, childhood relational wounds, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Her deep commitment to trauma-informed care has shaped her practice, allowing her to effectively support clients in understanding and overcoming the impacts of their past experiences. Before joining TYHO, Rathi made significant contributions to the Ministry of Social and Family Development, where she provided therapeutic services to children and families grappling with complex trauma. This role involved not only direct therapeutic work but also the development of strategies and support systems for those affected by multifaceted trauma.

Rathi is dedicated to creating a safe, empathetic therapeutic environment where clients can explore their unique challenges and build resilience. She is trained in Schema Therapy and is a certified Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (AF-EMDR) therapist and a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) practitioner.
