I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and a teaching certification with OCT. I own a private practice and see clients in person as well as virtually from select provinces across Canada. I also offer nature, Eco-therapy walk-and-talk sessions in the ‘Waterfall Capital’ of the world (Hamilton, ON).

My approach to therapy is Experiential, Existential, and Transpersonal. I utilize modalities such as AF-EMDR, Jungian Sandplay (yes, for adults!), and Embodied Experiential Dreamwork, which emphasize uncovering the unconscious through creative, mind-body free associative approaches. Active imagination and symbols can be deeply empowering and supportive to one’s therapeutic journey. My work also supports post psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy (PAT) or plant medicine sessions, and experiences with altered states of consciousness or spiritually transformative experiences (STE).

The clientele I work with include people who have experienced trauma (C-PTSD, PTSD), grief, relational difficulties, mid or quarter life crisis, and big life transitions. I believe therapy is also a place for you to explore and integrate Self, shadow work, parts of self or ego states, identity, and purpose in life while held with non-judgement, empathy, and congruence with an experienced practitioner.
