My specialty is supporting people through life transitions. From adolescence into adulthood, we all encounter times when extra support can help us navigate change and growth.
As a Registered Drama Therapist and Hakomi Somatic Practitioner, my approach is warm, creative, and grounded. I believe strongly in attachment focused EMDR to help clients work through trauma and gain greater emotional resilience.
My work also extends beyond the traditional therapy setting. I teach Shakespeare at San Quentin State Prison, using theater as a powerful vehicle for self-exploration, connection, and transformation. As an active actor and performer myself, I believe deeply in the arts as an essential pathway for expression, growth, creativity, and healing.
I bring these experiences together in my work with clients, creating a space where they can explore who they are, understand their experiences, and move toward meaningful change.
