I'm Beth, and as a therapist, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to the healing journey. My passion for this work comes not only from years of clinical experience, but from having walked my own path of healing over the past 25 years. I know firsthand the courage it takes to begin therapy—and the transformation that is possible when you feel truly seen, supported, and understood.
I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC-MHSP) and see clients both virtually and in person. Before starting my private practice, I worked at a mental health facility and the YWCA. I specialize in treating eating disorders and the deeper emotional patterns that often drive them. My approach uses attachment-focused EMDR, which helps clients gently process past experiences, shift long-standing beliefs, and build a stronger, more secure sense of self.
As your therapist, I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered. I know how life altering trauma can be, and therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you reconnect with yourself. Whether you are navigating disordered eating, trauma, or relational challenges, my goal is to walk alongside you as you move toward greater freedom and self-trust.
