My goal is to help people achieve a higher quality of life and to improve their well-being emotionally, physically, culturally, and spiritually.
My practice includes working with adults who may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, trauma (including developmental trauma from childhood), grief/loss, and difficult life transitions. I work collaboratively with you on the mutual development of goals for therapy. I’m invested in an approach that emphasizes an integrative, heart-centered, holistic approach to mental wellness.
My approach is sensitive, and relational with the aim of helping you make sense of your feelings, your past and current difficulties, and enabling greater self-awareness, so change becomes possible.
