Anna Aslanian

Anna Aslanian is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working in the field of psychology since 2005, with her private practice serving clients since 2011. She is a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist and a Certified Attachment-Focused EMDR Therapist. Trained in Polyvagal Theory, she weaves nervous system regulation into her work, helping clients feel safe and grounded in their bodies as they heal.

Her specialty is attachment work and relational trauma. Anna works with adults ready to heal — from big, life-altering experiences to the smaller, cumulative wounds that quietly shape how we relate to ourselves and others. She also supports parents navigating the emotional weight of raising children, and individuals working to manage anxiety, life transitions and stressors.

At the heart of her practice is a simple belief: therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and never confusing. Comfort comes first, and every step of the process is explained clearly, so clients always understand what's happening and why. The result is an approach that blends deep clinical expertise with warmth, curiosity, and genuine respect for each person's pace.

Anna sees clients virtually across California, Florida, and New York.
