Proof of completion of the Advanced Clinical Workshop and Refresher course (EMDR Basic Training - Part 3) with Laurel Parnell or a Parnell Institute trainer.
(You may substitute proof of completion of Unleash Your EMDR, or, if you completed EMDR Basic Training before Part 3 was required, proof of completion of Basic Training.) If you do not have proof of completion for the appropriate course, please

with the date and location of your training.
