Multidimensional Integrative Healing acknowledges that reality and the human experience have many layers, each offering a unique pathway to healing. When combined with EMDR, this approach allows you to address the blocks that keep you from living fully and freely.
Based on Dr. Parnell’s newest book, Releasing What Isn’t Yours: Living From Your True Self Through Multidimensional Integrative Healing, published by Sounds True scheduled to release in June 2026, this retreat invites you to work within multiple dimensions of reality to address what blocks us from living fully.
During this retreat, we will:
- Develop and strengthen spiritual resources such as nature resources, helping spirits, ancestral resources and power animals.
- Explore ancestral and intergenerational healing.
- Practice methods for creating energetic sovereignty and boundaries
- Use EMDR to work with dreams, near-death experiences, after-death communications, and past-life trauma
- Learn to integrate spiritual experience
- Share cases, insights, and discoveries with fellow therapists who understand this depth of work

This advanced-level EMDR workshop is open only to therapists who have completed Basic EMDR or Attachment-Focused EMDR training with Laurel Parnell or the Parnell Institute (or by special permission).
It’s designed for therapists who:
