I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst as well as a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, with a specialty in drama therapy. My private practice focuses on helping people to improve their relationships, communication skills, self-esteem and self-confidence. In addition, I encourage self-reflection, curiosity, and an interest in improving one's quality of life.
I have over fifteen years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and couples in various settings including mental health clinics, school-based mental health programs, psychiatric units and private practice. I graduated with a BA in Theatre Arts from Brown University, and have a Masters in Drama Therapy from New York University. In addition, I hold a Certificate in Psychoanalysis from the four-year Adult Psychoanalytic Training Program at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies and completed Level I-III training in Attachment Focused EMDR through the Parnell Institute. I approach my work from a relational psychoanalytic theoretical background.
