I am a firm believer that exercising the muscle of self-awareness is the key to being attuned to your life and creating a reality that you enjoy. We innately know who we are but the distractions of the world often make it difficult to hold on to that. In my work, I assist my clients in rediscovering who they are, what they want, and where they are going. The people I work with are often faced with ruminating thoughts and reflections that leave them feeling confused and are searching for a change. If you are looking to deepen your friendships, familial relationships, and professional interactions, EMDR can help with that.
I utilize Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) to process trauma and stressors of daily life. AF-EMDR is effective for PTSD and C-PTSD; it is also useful to process and move through challenges from neurodivergence, anxiety, and depression.
For children, I combine play therapy, sand tray, and DIR/Floortime to create a tailored comprehensive treatment to support the whole child and family system.
