I love to learn; specifically about the human brain, human connection and the impact of trauma. I have completed numerous hours of training and am excited to continue this journey. Recently, I completed training and received a certificate in the Adult Attachment Interview (DMM).
I’ve worked with individuals of all ages since 2014 from the correctional facility to private practice. My current practice focuses on working with individual adults; identifying their attachment patterns and strategies and its effectiveness. I believe these lessons are at the core of living, having a sense of purpose and hope. Understanding ourselves and who we’ve become because of relationships gives us strength in struggles and encourages us to strive for success. In therapy, I work with you to identify safety, messages, and ruptures in attachments and the barriers/comfort those created and then its impact on you currently in order to obtain your goals.
