I am a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in San Francisco, specializing in anxiety, stress, depression, recovery from trauma, sexual abuse, childhood abuse and neglect, phobias, couples and relationships. I bring an integrative, holistic approach to my work and use a variety of therapeutic practices to address different needs.
I have found Attachment Focused EMDR to be a powerful and effective treatment. I use EMDR to resolve traumatic experiences, phobias, and to provide relief from anxiety. This work builds resilience and facilitates profound healing.
