I love doing Attachment focused EMDR! I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have been in private practice about 18 years. I have a background as a body-centered therapist. I do Core Energetics and I am a level 2 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner. I also practice AEDP work and tend to look @ things from a Buddhist and spiritual perspective. I work with adults of all ages and tend to work mainly with anxiety, depression and relationship issues.
