Accepting New Clients. Sessions through HIPPA compliant ZOOM video/ audio. I use experiential techniques including Attachment Focus EMDR, Internal Family Systems (individual, couples and family), Child Work, Integral Deep Listening, Ego States, DBT. I offer dating, premarital and Family Counseling. If you are looking understand and manage traumatic experiences, child wounds and to improve your relationships I am here to help you go deep into those problems. I offer Christian counseling and we accept clients of all religions and beliefs.

I work with severe traumas and attachment woundings. I help with spiritual problems and crisis. I offer skills while dating and before marriage. I offer Discernment Counseling and Mini Intensives for couples.

I offer specialized therapy for performance in sports and learning. I offer EMDR to help clients to study and improve chances to pass tests. If you have tried talk therapy and it has not worked for you, I invite you to try deeper therapy techniques. I also offer modified neurocounseling techniques for Telehealth. I work to heal deep child wounds.
Couple Mini Intensives and Discernment
These two services are specialized therapy sessions. THESE ARE NOT GROUP SESSIONS. In Mini Intensive a couples experiencing severe problems will meet for 4 hr and will work intensively to reconnect and learn communication and other skills. Discernment counseling is a 5 week only sessions where the couple will decide the future of the relationship. These sessions are out of pocket only. Insurance does not cover these sessions.
