I am a licensed psychotherapist and specialize in working with developmental trauma. Some of the challenges caused by developmental trauma can include difficulty building relationships and intimacy as well as struggles with addictions, anxiety and depression.

I am trained in Attachment Focused-EMDR and use EMDR to help clients heal and reprocess difficult and traumatic experiences. I also am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and I use SE to help clients heal their nervous systems, move past hyper-vigilance, and process their traumas on a mind and body level. I also frequently use techniques from Internal Family Systems to help clients process their traumas most effectively.
Lastly, I am trained in trauma informed therapeutic touch and work with Craniosacral therapy.
