I help adults who are really struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, and difficult situations. I’ll help you tap into your inner strength and personal power so you can make the changes needed to feel better and create a more fulfilling life. We’ll work with your thoughts and behaviors, and use mindfulness skills for symptom management of your anxiety and/or depression. We’ll work best together if you really want to improve your mood, better your relationships, or get through difficult times.
My areas of expertise include: chronic depression and/or anxiety, panic, trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My M.S. is in Rehabilitation Counseling (in Psychiatry), and my PhD is in Counselor Education. I completed my Levels 1 & 2 (EMDRIA) and Level 3 (Dr. Parnell) EMDR trainings, and have been in private practice for 30 years.
