Bio
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Virginia and California. I work with individuals of all ages and practice Attachment-Focused EMDR Therapy as a tool for recovery from trauma.
I earned an MA in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and have received specialized training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy, Grief & Loss, and LGBTQ issues. In my practice, I use EMDR to treat developmental trauma, acute trauma, addiction, anxiety and depression.
I am regularly astounded and humbled by the resilience of the human spirit and have found EMDR to be a remarkably effective way to harness our innate healing capacity.
