I see the therapeutic frame as expansive and inclusive, the ultimate goal of treatment to bring relief. Taking a whole-person, whole-life approach, I utilize many tools, EMDR included, within the treatment space. I integrate psychodynamic approaches with trauma informed, neurobiologically sound interventions. I assist many clients in managing the challenges associated with identity (whether LGBTQ+, racial, ethnic, cultural, or gender based) and the intersections of multiple identities.
I am available to work with clients who reside in New York and Illinois, the two states where I am licensed.
A former corporate side attorney, I specialized in labor & employment law, which informs additional services I can provide as an executive coach.
