I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a Registered Play Therapist specializing in treating individuals with trauma and attachment wounds. I am trained in Attachment Focused EMDR and I use it along with other approaches with most of my clients. My approach to therapy is client-centered, and eclectic. I integrate complementary techniques to offer a highly personalized approach. It is my counseling philosophy that all people have innate strengths, gifts, and creativity, and they can benefit from an empathetic, curious, and safe therapeutic relationship through which to explore the material of their life. As such, I aim to help clients return to their authentic self.
