I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in New York City offering an energetic, compassionate, and engaged approach to therapy. With extensive training in trauma recovery and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, I use an integrative approach by incorporating a variety of techniques into my work and meet you where you are. I aim to create a space to help you explore thought patterns or behaviors that are impacting you with the goal of achieving a more fulfilling life.
