Richelle Mancewicz is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a private practice in Santa Monica, CA. She works with adults, adolescents, and parent/child relationships, and offers support for people struggling with all kinds of stress and trauma, including mood and anxiety disorders, mind-body issues, relationship problems, aging, difficult life transitions, career/work obstacles, food addiction, spirituality concerns, low self-esteem, perfectionism, and trans-generational issues. She also specializes in helping young adults manage the confusion and overwhelm of launching from adolescence into adulthood.
Strongly influenced by her clinical training at the Women’s Clinic in Los Angeles, Richelle is committed to supporting the emotional health of women across the lifespan and is cofounder of the therapy collective, With Women (www.withwomen.com). Currently in development is BodyPositiveLA, an online initiative to support inclusivity and empower men, women, and teens to fully and unconditionally embrace themselves and their bodies.
From a foundation in mindfulness, somatic attunement, and experiential psychodynamic therapy, Richelle incorporates a variety of therapeutic tools to best meet the individual needs of her clients, including attachment-focused EMDR, cognitive behavioral skills, and mindful self-compassion.
