I received my Bachelor of Arts in Student Ministries from Geneva College and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. I have experience working in community mental health, public & private school systems, churches, and private practice. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate difficult circumstances and empower you to find lasting change in your life.
I provide traditional and Christian counseling for individuals and groups who are struggling with relational issues, trauma/PTSD, addiction, anxiety, depression, and spiritual issues. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH60518618) in the State of Washington, a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist Candidate, Chemical Dependency Professional (CP60517998) and Master Addiction Counselor. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist Candidate trained through the Parnell Institute in Attachment Focused EMDR.
