Role – Consultant, Facilitator
In her private practice, Emily Siegel practices Attachment-Focused EMDR, integrating Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Relational Psychotherapy, as well as spiritual concerns. Emily’s work is rooted in the belief that all people have the capacity for healing and transformation, and that therapy facilitates this process uniquely for each individual. Emily graduated from the Hunter College School of Social Work in 2002, and began working with EMDR in 2006. She earned an advanced certificate from the Trauma Studies Center at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy in New York City, before going on to study Somatic Experiencing, Relational Psychotherapy, and Internal Family Systems. She is currently an EMDRIA Approved Consultant in EMDR.
