Parnell Institute, LLC Complaints and Grievance Policy
The Parnell Institute, LLC is committed to conducting all activities in strict conformance with the American Psychological Association’s Ethical Principles of Psychologists. We are committed to non-discriminatory promotional activities, program content and treatment of program participants.
While the Parnell Institute goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, there will be occasional issues that come to our attention that require intervention and/or action. This procedural description serves as a guideline for handling such grievances.
When a grievance arises pertaining to a Parnell Institute training or workshop, the complainant is expected to notify the Parnell Institute Business Manager at firstname.lastname@example.org in writing, as soon as possible so that the nature of the concern may be addressed in a timely fashion.
If you have a grievance, please submit it in writing to the Parnell Institute Business Manager at email@example.com. We will acknowledge receipt of the grievance within 5 business days and let you know our timeframe for responding to it further. The maximum response time shall be 14 business days, but every effort will be made to respond as soon as possible.
- Refund requests – Will be made in accordance with the refund policy provided when you registered. If you are requesting an exception to the policy please explain why and our Business Manager will review that request and respond.
- Complaints about course content – If you find the course content problematic please notify our Business Manager in writing. We will review your comments or complaints and determine what action may be needed.
- Complaints about non-receipt of certificates – If you don’t get a completion certificate do not hesitate to email our Business Manager at the address above and if you are eligible, we will send you one as soon as possible.
- Complaints about miscellaneous occurrences – The Parnell Institute strives to provide excellent quality courses so we want to know if you have any suggestions for improvement.
